The site describes our services and shares our perspective on marketing and growth. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• submit false information, spam, or malicious code through our forms;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or connected systems, or interfere with how they work;
• scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

The site's content, including its text, design, graphics, and the Ranked.la name and logo, belongs to Deepthinc LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial use, with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission.

Client names, logos, and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners and appear with permission to describe our work. Their appearance doesn't imply that those companies endorse anything beyond that work.

Articles, case studies, and other content on the site are general information. They aren't professional, financial, or legal advice for your situation. Results described in case studies reflect specific clients, markets, and conditions; they aren't a promise or guarantee of results for you.

When you contact us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential information until we've agreed in writing how it will be protected.

The site links to websites we don't control, including client sites. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Deepthinc LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to defend and indemnify Deepthinc LLC against claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute related to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when posted here, with the date at the top updated. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
