Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request a growth diagnostic through our contact form, we receive your name, work email, website, and what you tell us about your business, such as your current bottleneck, stage, monthly media spend, channels, and goals. Please don't include sensitive personal information in the form.

Analytics, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit: pages viewed, links clicked, how far you scroll, referring site, approximate location (city level), and device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data for every request, including IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to keep the site secure and running.

• To respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services.
• To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't run advertising pixels on this site.

We use two kinds of cookies and similar browser storage:

• Necessary. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask on every visit, and, if you change them, your accessibility settings such as text size. This is always on, contains no personal information, and isn't sent to us.
• Analytics (optional). Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and measure traffic. They last up to two years and are set only if you accept analytics.

Analytics cookies are off until you choose. If you decline, Google Analytics sets no cookies; it may still receive basic, cookieless signals (for example, that a page loaded) that Google uses to estimate overall traffic without identifying you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that work:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website.
• Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google, which provides Google Analytics when you accept analytics cookies. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, then delete them when they're no longer needed. Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

To make a request, email brands@ranked.la. We'll verify your request, respond within the time the law allows, and won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiry details to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
